PET bottles – bottle and container production

PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate and belongs to the thermoplastic plastics, i.e. it becomes soft and malleable when heat is applied. Due to its low price and properties, it has become more and more popular on the market. Its low weight, long durability, resistance to breakage and especially its recyclability are convincing. Recycled PET is used in packaging on the one hand and in the production of new bottles on the other.

PET returnable bottles are currently overtaking returnable glass bottles due to their lower weight. They can be refilled up to 20 times.

PET bottles have also been part of our company’s portfolio for more than two years now. In the beginning we produced about 10,000 bottles p.a., meanwhile the annual volume has increased tenfold.

Not only your company logo can be applied, but also different container shapes and wall thicknesses (grammages) as well as different filling quantities from 10 ml up to 6,000 ml can be produced.

Different closures, such as thread 18/410 ,20/410, 22/410, 24/410, 28/410 or DIN 18, 29/21 are optionally available.

You are also welcome to tell us your color request according to RAL color palette.
